Before we connect members, we carry out a brief verification call to confirm identities and ensure each member is genuine. This step is part of our commitment to keeping the process halal, safe, and supportive for everyone involved, in sha’Allāh.

Please have a form of photo ID ready for the call — either your passport or driver’s licence. The meeting will be with an admin of the same gender as you and will include a quick check to verify that you match your ID.

📅 Please ensure you are available at the time you select.

Our admin team sets aside dedicated time for your onboarding call. Missed appointments without notice cause delays and use up valuable time that could be spent helping other members.

⛔️ Missed appointments without prior notice may require a £10 rebooking fee.
✅ If you’re unable to attend, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid the fee.
